Offences Affecting The Human Body (मानव शरीर पर प्रभाव डालन वाले अपराधे )
1)SECTION 299 is Culpable Homicide ( गैर इरादतन ह्त्या) In general culpable term ‘ culpable
homicide’ means unlawful killing which is not classified as murder due to the guilty intention being
absent.It is non bailable charge with imprisonment up to 10 years with or
without fine.
