NAMASKARAM,Friends This is my second article on this blog and I was not sure about what to write then finally I decided to write about Politicians so I thought why not tell you all about How to know about Your neta (i.e. MP, Mla, Mlc ) and their affidavits submitted during elections.
In 1999 a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) Was filed by some Professors of IIM- Ahamadabad in Delhi High Court requesting for the disclosure of Criminal, Financial and Educational background of the candidates contesting elections. So in 2003 Court made it compulsory for the candidates contesting elections to disclose there criminal, financial and background before elections to Election Commission

Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR)  Formed by those IIM Professors has published affidavits of the candidates who have contestested in Elections on there Website and so if you want to Know about your neta/politician then follow the following steps :--

There are basically three ways to know about the same

A ) By Visiting ADR website - myneta

     Step1 :- Open any web browser

             

     Step2 :- Type myneta in the search bar                          and click on the 1st option as                            shown in the image

             

     Step3 :- Then after the home page of           myneta.info open up then you can easily search about any neta or politician .For that you have to just Type name of any neta in    the search bar at the top center                       of the webpage and then you                           have to click on search .
       
           

     

   Step4 :- Then choose your right candidate.

B) By calling You can also know or acquire the complete details of your neta or politician by just calling on the Toll free number :- 1800-110-440

C) By MessagingYou can also acquire complete details about your neta or politician by just sending a message to the number:- 09212356070

How to send message :-

  • Option 1:-  SMS MYNETA <constituency name> to 09212356070 or 56070

  • Option 2:-  SMS MYNETA <pincode> to 09212356070 or 56070
    SMS charges: Normal SMS charges applicable on 09212356070 and 56070
